My child uses your app - what's the safety?We've taken every possible step for making our platform completely child-friendly. In order to provide the best experience, we've revamped our app(s) and website(s) easily accessible. Furthermore, to ensure that kids are not shown any sort of inappropriate ads, we have restricted all such types of ad categories on Google Ads. Above all this, we have a separate section for Cyber Safety and we have moderator(s) to monitor our chat section where a user can interact with others.

I'm seeing inappropriate ads on the platform!We've taken strict measures and applied filters to disable such ads. But, as no filter is 100% accurate; you can report the ad directly to our ad serving partners if you find an advertisement disturbing. Furthermore, you can email us the screenshot to hello@gujjustudent.com so that we can block such advertisers manually.

Will my number be shared with advertisers?No. Your email, phone number and any other personal information is not shared with any other third-party for commercial purposes.

Someone is bothering me in the appOn our platform, user interaction is possible in following ways: - through common 'doubt section' or 'forum' - through direct message (if enabled) - through comments While we monitor the public interactions, private 'direct' chats are not monitored by us. If you, the user has enabled messaging option, and you receive such disturbing messages, you can block the other user or turn off the messaging feature for your safety. When you sign up to use our Service, your account profile is not publicly visible. You have full control on whether your profile should remain public or private. When you enter Doubts forum, you will be asked to if you want to make your profile public. Once confirmed by you, your profile, comments and likes will be visible to other students ("members") If you wish to make it private again, you will have to contact our Support team.

5. Child’s Privacy
We may receive personally identifiable information from a visitor/user under the age of 12 if provided by him/her through any of our site/app mediums. We cannot control who submits information and thus since the application/site is directed towards children, certain steps are taken to ensure security and provide a child-friendly environment. We do not knowingly incline anyone under the age of 12 to provide us with any details or personally identifiable information; however certain cases might differ.
As mentioned in Clause A1.1 in this policy, your details such as name, profile photo, comments/likes will be visible to other students ("members").
If as a parent, shall you wish to remove all the information your child from the application/website, please contact us on hello@gujjustudent.com with relevant information and we will take steps to remove that information from our servers.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
We might let you know via email and/or a prominent notice on our Service, prior to the change becoming effective in case of any major changes
